A bar-club hybrid with a casual, laid-back atmosphere, Doc Holliday's has a wooden dance floor with a disco ball that signals an impending party. But it also caters to barflies' competitive sides -- dart boards line the back wall and a separate room is filled with pool tables. It gets hopping in the wee hours due to the 3 a.m. closing time. But it still might be best to arrive early: Barbecue is available in the evenings, DJs play on some nights and other nights feature drink specials for the ladies. Odds are the bartender has a jug of specialty shots ready behind the bar, too.
