Evil Dead: The Musical (Off Center Theatre, Crown Center, 2450 Grand). Egads Theatre Company's repurposing of Sam Raimi's Evil Dead film franchise was so well-attended last year that the nonprofit company ended its debut season in the black. Katie Karel and Ashley Otis join last year's cast in this revival, which runs at 8 p.m. Thursday-Monday through November 3. Tickets cost $12.50-$20.
