The orange-and-black exterior color scheme -- most certainly a nod to Harley-Davidson -- tells you almost everything you need to know about Fathead and Braindead’s. You get the full picture once inside, where murals of the open road grace the walls and the clientele dons leather, bandanas, and Wranglers. Yep, this Grandview joint is a biker bar through and through -- which is why the Pitch named it Best Biker Bar in 2009. There’s still no smoking ban in Grandview, so patrons can puff away as they take advantage of the bar’s multiple billiards tables and dart boards. Plenty of folks also smoke on the patio, where a horseshoes ring is set up. There are weekly pool tournaments, and on Mondays you can sip Pabst draws for an insanely low price.
