The former Jennie’s Croatian Restaurant had an ethnic overhaul when owner Roberto Bautista turned the location into Felitza’s, which serves the same kind of robustly garlicky Italian fare as his brother Juan’s popular restaurant, Carmen’s Café, over on the Missouri side. There’s not much in the way of ambience, but the food and service are enough to lure diners up to Strawberry Hill for a few tapas and generous portions of pesto ravioli, lasagna and chicken spiedini. — Charles Ferruzza
