A hidden treasure in a Raytown shopping strip, this small restaurant is the pride and joy of owner Andres Orozco, and if you let him, hell order for you from his extensive menu of creative Mexican dishes. Orozco knows best, and even if he doesnt get to choose your meal, hell suggest something more creative maybe grilled beef tips scattered over a pile of hot grilled peppers, onions, mushrooms and slivers of cactus in a sexy chipotle cream sauce instead of a taco or burrito platter. For those who prefer more familiar fare, those tacos and burritos are excellent. But not tasting Orozcos sautéed pork medallions in a poblano cream sauce is a sin. Fans of this restaurant insist the margaritas here are the best in the city. — Charles Ferruzza
