Artist Monica Davis paints acrylic and mixed-media pieces that are titled only with numbers. She was inspired after a tour in Iraq, where she found inspiration from the long exposure to the ugliness of war and the blankness of the desert. Her opening reception is from 6 to 9 p.m. and features more than 50 of her works. One3Studios plans a meet-and-greet with Davis on Thursday, August 4, from 6 to 8 p.m.
