In case you missed it, WDAF Fox 4 weatherman Don Harman and morning news anchor Mark Alford are straiiiiight. As in, not gay.

Harman and Alford tag-teamed a November 20 spot with a personal trainer who was trying to demonstrate dumbbell techniques. Instead, the segment quickly turned into a man-grunting stand-up routine.

It started with Alford making a good hetero joke about getting drunk: "Don Harman is here because he heard that we are going to do triple sets, and he thought we said triple sec, so he rushed over," Alford quipped.

"I thought we were doing curls with a drink or something," Harman said.

But seconds later, Harman flipped the tables on Alford. Harman clutched some small dumbbells and lifted them to demonstrate a shoulder exercise.

"I got your back, buddy," Alford said.

"Stay away from my back," Harman retorted.

"Don, we're going to turn you to the side a little bit," the trainer said, trying to defuse things. "And then we are going to bend you over."

Facing Harman's derrière, Alford just couldn't resist. "Oop. Let me out of here," He said as he ran off camera. "You're on your own now."

"What? What kind of show is this?" Harman asked, red-faced.

Neither Harman nor Alford returned phone calls from the Pitch about the incident. But before the segment ended, Alford seemed to recognize that their machismo may have crossed a line.

"All right, the FCC just called. We are off the air," he said as both men busted up laughing. "Now that's good TV!"
