Greater Kansas City Japanese Film Festival 

When: Sat., March 10, 10 a.m. and Sun., March 11, 10 a.m. 2012
Price: free, donations accepted

A fundraising event for victims of the Sendai earthquake and tsunami, all proceeds will go to the JETAA USA Japan Earthquake Relief Fund. Films will also be shown at the Atkins Auditorium at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.

Films include Norwegian Wood, The Tsunami and the Cherry Blossom, Tokyo Story, Dai-Chan and Vacation.

Japanese bento box lunches will be available for order from Westport's Sama Zama
