Keep your eyes peeled for Harling's -- someone shattered the neon sign with a bottle. It's upstairs in a building where Main Street intersects Westport Road, and -- as at most of the bars around this spot -- you'll likely find a mix of art students, ne'er-do-wells and others glad to throw down some of the most inexpensive drinks in midtown. Never mind that most of the blinds are broken and the bar is covered in carved initials. The bartenders are friendly, and the patrons are equally entertaining at this no-frills Irish drinking hole.
