Harpo’s is the closest thing to a frat bar in Westport. The comfortable Mizzou gathering spot doesn’t seem like it's changed much in the last 20 years, with its dungeon-like bathrooms, taxidermic decorations and carpeted second floor. The crowd tends to be very young and there's often a cover charge on the nights when drinks are the cheapest. Harpo’s is also good for daytime drinking when the shady, spacious back patio is open and the bustle of Westport Road is out of sight.
