Born and raised in KC, Terry Evans took art classes as a kid at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art (4525 Oak, 816-751-1278), which honors the nationally recognized photographer with a 100-print retrospective of her career. Heartland: The Photographs of Terry Evans
