In a town with consistently disappointing sports teams, the Kansas City Explorers are a bit of an anomaly. The Explorers, part of the World TeamTennis league, are actually, well, really good. Against the Washington Kapitals on Saturday night, the Explorers cruised through the D.C. Kapitals 23-13.
