Killa City 2010: The victims and the accused
Police say 29-year-old Shukriyyah "Shu" J. Simmons was gunned down in front of her three children -- an 8- and 9-year-old were getting on a school bus and a child said to be between 1 and 2-years-old was standing in the doorway of the home -- after a brief struggle in her driveway in the 7300 block of Ash in Raytown around 8:30 a.m. on February 23.
