It’s a restaurant in the front and a party in the back at Marcy’s, the only bar along Gladstone’s Northeast Vivion Road. Once you're there you're not even there; actually getting to the bar portion entails walking around to the back parking lot. There you’ll find a giant, hand-painted Marcy’s sign complete with arrow directing customers to the back entrance. Inside it's dark and sprawling, with an L-shaped bar, lots of old beer signs and an old-timey concession-stand sign showcasing the night's beer specials. Bands play Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, ashtrays are plentiful and the drinks are cheap.
