It's the 26th year of the
Martin City St. Patrick's Day Parade, which draws about 20,000 watchers every March to south KC. Grand Marshal Kathy Quinn leads as many as 65 floats, drill teams, auto clubs, groups and more through the center of the 300-acre subdivision, starting at 2 p.m. at 135th Street and Washington.
