$55 per person for prix fixe menu
This four-course New Year’s Eve dinner (which includes a glass of champagne) will be available as well as the other items on the menu:
First Course: Smoked salmon tostones (salmon, roe and crema on a crispy plantain) or sopes with black beans, tomatillo-avacado salsa and cotija cheese.
Second Course: Pozole, Caesar salad or butternut squash soup.
Main Course: Grilled recado chicken; 16-ounce bone-in ribeye with salsa verde and chipotle mashed potatoes; black cod with lobster claws over creamy corn picadillo; or vegetarian roasted poblanos - stuffed with butternut squash, corn, red bell peppers, onions, & Oaxaca cheese and drizzled with cilantro pesto on a bed of smoky black beans.
Dessert: Molten chocolate cake, Mexican bread pudding with canela butter or apple crispina with dulce ice cream.
