New Year’s Eve dinner at Bluestem 

When: Mon., Dec. 31 2012
Ring in the New Year with chefs Megan and Colby Garrelts for a festive, delectable seven-course dinner. The evening is $135 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Wine pairings to accompany the meal are an additional $65. Seatings are at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Bluestem’s lounge will offer a limited menu with the restaurant’s traditional “Surf & Turf” for $30, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required for dining room seatings on New Year’s Eve. A credit card number must be taken with each reservation.
