Pisces/Pisces Rising (Feb 18-Mar 20): Imagine that your health-care soldiers are on a purification alert. This is your time to make a difference in how you make sweet love to yourself. Keep your feelings above your belt (even if your pants sag). Like your opposite sign of Virgo, the balance between body and soul remains an important fulcrum, a lifelong challenge, as it were. To support your overall physical condition is realizing just how much your soul plays a major role. Soul, at least as I define it, is our witness. Our soul testifies to our feelings, actions and thoughts. Its major goal is to incite our evolution. You need the soldier, a.k.a. "solid ones" to give you that confidence regarding where you feel the weakest. Your soldier supports your soul, giving you lots of protection while you meditate on what you fear could be imbalanced within your body. Onward Soul Soldiers is a campy twist of a religious song to inspire you (to the healing power of laughter).
Aries/Aries Rising* (Mar 21-Apr 19): When you feel you are unable to take action or make your mark, you look backward to your successes. The problem with this spin-around stance to protect yourself is that it can come off as insensitive to those who are in the same foxhole as you. Your life cannot be a series of pioneering firsts, no matter what you tell yourself. Now, here's the complex part: This doesn't mean you're supposed to cease acting as if your life cannot be a hall of fame of "firsts." As long as you don't get delusional about fact-driven history, you'll be fine. An example of delusion is those who scream, "I want my country back!" or "No universal health care. Hands off my Medicare!" Facts that do not square with the feelings cause friends to not return phone calls, texts or emails. Outbursts backed by solid awareness of real actions you've made, comrade, keep the authentic folks singing your praises.
Taurus/Taurus Rising* (Apr 20-May 21): Earthy pun intended, be not the one to cast the first stone. You have a practical logic that magically guards you. Unless you've lost all contact with your self-worth, innately you know your value. Rarely do you mistake what someone owns for whom they are internally. However, when your sense of self has been constantly questioned or berated by a family member, form (and money/status) trumps the character's content. That's when you begin to throw your rigidly constructed rocks of judgment. This cement can be projected in the form of catty-like behavior or put-downs, no matter which gender you have at present. It is imperative that you take the higherroad. The more you use your empathy muscles, the less you'll even want to throw stones. And, everyone is happily accepted, including you.
Gemini/Gemini Rising* (May 21-Jun 20): As the only flexible air (mental) sign, you can start anything in your mind and call it taking action. Thinking and planning are usually precursors to acting. However, you can easily get bogged down in your head and nervously do nothing. So, start nothing (or no one) that you cannot finish. Release those obsessive thoughts of how you believe everything's going to go, even before you've begun. These thinking patterns are obstacles to your full satisfaction. The Moon (instincts) and Mercury (thinking) conspire to open your mind to accepting your heart's desire. Take a page from The Wizard of Oz, and merge the scarecrow and the lion. Remember the adage "fortune favors the bold."
>p>Cancer/Cancer Rising* (Jun 21-July 21): Letting go is rarely easy for you. In these exceptionally beautiful fall days, Libra time of year vexes you. When you want to be uplifting and inspiring, you must deal with the darker aspects of life. Empty nests and endings of all kinds plague your experiences. All loss isfollowed by gains. The tricky paradox is, you cannot attach too much meaning to your overactive imagination (unless you're a writer or you're keeping a journal). You may not believe it right now, but you're evolving into a wonderful person who can handle almost anything in front of you. Make sure you get results for any effort expended, be that money, recognition or support from others.
