Living in the Oregon wilderness in the 1850s, Millie has married a man with six incorrigible brothers. Hilarity ensues when Millie tries to tame the men, and they kidnap six women to marry. Heart of America Shakespeare Festival
June 16–July 5

Shakespeare's only attempt at describing the English middle class in the Elizabethan era, The Merry Wives of Windsor is this year's featured production. Performed nightly by local actors, the play in Southmoreland Park (47th Street and Oak) is free to attend. Picnic baskets, lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged. Disney's High School Musical
June 26–28, July 2–5 and July 9–12

Troy and Gabriella audition for parts in their school musical, dividing East High School and shaking up the social order while encouraging other students to disregard the status quo. Legally Blonde: The Musical
June 30–July 5

Spunky sorority girl Elle Woods proves everyone wrong when she enrolls at Harvard Law School in an attempt to win back her old boyfriend who said she wasn't "serious" enough. Little-dog antics and blonde jokes abound in this musical with a moral: Be true to yourself and you'll never fail. Anything Goes
July 13–19

This classic musical comedy, scored by Cole Porter, is set on the S.S. American with a gangster, a debutante, a wealthy businessman and others as passengers. Mistaken identities and a love triangle complicate the trip from New York to England while musical standards "I Get a Kick Out of You" and "It's De-Lovely" provide the soundtrack to a show that made its Broadway debut in 1934. The Wedding Singer

After New Jersey's favorite wedding performer, Robbie Hart, is left at the altar, he deteriorates from the life of the party to a miserable curmudgeon — until he meets Julia, a waitress with a huge heart. Unfortunately, Julia is about to marry Glenn, a Wall Street douche bag. Party like it's 1985 with this theatrical production, complete with a happy ending and lots of retro music. Everyone wants a ride on Caractacus Potts' magical flying vehicle, including the Baron and Baroness of Vulgaria, who are trying to steal the car from Caractacus and his children, Jemima and Jeremy, love interest Truly Scrumptious and Grandpa Potts. Mamma Mia!
September 8–13

Set on a Greek island, hotel owner and single mother Donna is getting ready to send her daughter, Sophie, down the aisle but without a father to accompany her. Before the wedding, Sophie invites her two best friends and three men from Donna's past, in an attempt to find the man who should rightfully give her away.
