From outside, Paci’s looks – as much as a bar in Missouri can look – like a beach-front haunt. It's painted white and sided with aluminum, and opens into an enormous outdoor patio. The interior is open and airy, with shiny, exposed ductwork, yellow walls and light wood accents everywhere, along with the usual beer signs and flat-screens. The vibe continues through the large garage doors and onto the patio, where several picnic tables offer sunshine seating in warmer months. Once settled in, you're practically a lime wedge away from a Corona commercial – only with a much broader selection of bottled beers and cocktails to choose from, and no ocean. Not a terrible trade-off.
