PBR Big Sky, a Cowboy Bar The Power & Light District's red-dirt option is one of its most popular venues. Beefy doormen, shot girls in chaps and cropped shirts, a mechanical bull, blaring country music, and three separate bars make for rowdy, boot-scootin' boogie at this second-level nightclub. The cavernous cowboy hangout has cool architecture, a stage for smaller country acts, and a large dance floor flanked by sunflower-decorated VIP tables. It's kitschy but comfortable, with a lot of wide-open space to spread out and check out the shenanigans when wannabe cowpokes take Jim Beam and Shania Twain to the limit.
