The folks at Qudos understand the art of relaxation. They also understand that the sidewalk is no place for a smoker, especially those of the cigar variety. Inside, soft brown overstuffed chairs and couches surround small tables in a space with nothing much on the wall except for one flat-screen TV and a screen behind the bar for dancers in silhouette. Downtown suit-and-tie types tend to hide out or conduct business in this mostly masculine spot that encourages upscale gratification.
