The building is new, but inspiration for former waitress Roxanne Grays cowgirl-style restaurant dates back at least to the 1930s. Like any classic diner, Roxannes place serves breakfast all day (but the kitchen stops making biscuits and gravy after it runs out), as well as restorative homemade soups, a classic egg-salad sandwich where else can you find that on a modern menu? and freshly baked yeast rolls and pies. You dont have to be a real wrangler to grab a spot at the horseshoe-shaped counter.
