The KC Strip is the sirloin of Kansas City media, a critical cut of surmisin' steak that each week weighs in on the issues of the day, dictating its column to Pitch writers.

Send Buck to the Hall of Fame

This miserable meat patty was as depressed as the next Kansas Citian after Buck O'Neil died. But what has this steak still steaming is the Baseball Hall of Fame's rejection in February of baseball's biggest champion.

So the Strip worked its own computer magic and came up with a plaque that deserves a place next to the likes of Satchel Paige and Babe Ruth.

To remind the folks in Cooperstown of their idiocy, click here and e-mail this image to the Hall of Fame at info@baseballhalloffame.org or print it and mail it to National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, 25 Main Street, Cooperstown, New York 13326

Maybe they'll have a spot for it, at the least, on their bulletin board.
