Soho 119 doesn’t thrive on domestic drafts and football crowds. No, its lifeblood – the culinary intersection and delight of food and wine – results in an atmosphere that is quiet, personal and rare. The quiet and personal are, perhaps purposefully, a function of the restaurant’s location, tucked away behind the retail floor space of Soho 119, which is part restaurant, part salon, part high-end boutique. (It makes sense when you’re there.) With no obligation to walk-by traffic or the whims of populism, attention is given over to the meal itself: the flavors, the wines, the experience. Reservations are recommended.

The store is pretty much empty. Everything is 70% off or more which is good but since they have almost nothing new when other stores are full of new merchandise tell me they are going out of business.
