This upscale pizzeria takes the popular Italian-American innovation back to its simpler Neapolitan roots, with more traditional ingredients (roasted vegetables, Italian cheeses, fresh basil) in “designer” models — the oliva e carcioffi, for example — and custom-made versions. Sorry, no ham-and-pineapple pizza here, but patrons can have a pie topped with prosciutto and onion-fig marmalade instead.
