Winter or summer, you can enjoy a night "under the stars," so to speak, at Pachamama’s Star Bar in Lawrence — the ceiling features a twinkling solar system that creates just the right glow for after-work cocktails. Otherwise, the bar’s European vibe is trendy without seeming pretentious. Modern art decorates the walls, and furniture is arranged for conversation.
