Near the corner of 85th Street and Wornall, across from Price Chopper, is Swagger Fine Spirits and Food, a double-room bar with a stage and 40 beers on tap. Though Swagger has an extensive list of bourbon, whiskey and scotch and an ambitious food menu, it seems that most of the loud, hard-drinking crowd is there to blow off steam after work with cheap drafts. It might take a few visits to warm up to the place, which is rather rough but still very Waldo.
