Tech N9ne

By now, it's a known fact: Tech N9ne rules Kansas City. So when the master gathers a legion of local talent to back him onstage, Kansas City should take heed. Tech opens the arms of his Strange Music family to accept several new talents into the fold: local metal gods Hammerlord, lauded hip-hop duo CES Cru, DJ FSTZ, and MC Dutch Newman (who recently released his debut album, The Lonely Hearts Club). Tech's fellow Strange Music crew members Krizz Kaliko and Kutt Calhoun grace the bill at this show as well, representing acts signed to the label. Hanging with KC's hip-hop royalty lends any artist a solid chunk of cred. Between Tech's rabid fanbase and the fire-breathing stage presence of these artists, the Beaumont is bound to be a sweaty, raging mess — in a good way.>
