Toby Keith ain't your typical bad boy. Like the best musical bad boys, Keith's work leaves little room for fair-weather fans, and most listeners either love him like a son or hate his stupid redneck ass. What's not to love about a guy who croons lyrics such as I like my truck, I like my girlfriend, but I love this bar or the best that you can hope for is to die with your boots on? Totally unapologetic, totally country and totally Toby. Keith's latest offering, Shock'n Y'all, continues his long tradition of sliding bawdy, humor-driven, "let's get this party started" songs alongside heartbreakers and flag-wavers.
