Restaurant Details

Touch of Asia’s pretty little dining room is pure Kansas, but the elaborate menu of curry dishes, vegetarian offerings and distinctive meats and breads baked in a tandoor oven is strictly Indian. Fans of that country’s cooking will find all the traditional favorites here, including spicy vindaloo dishes and biryani rice concoctions, but even newcomers to this exotic culinary style should be entranced by such offerings as soft, moist chicken Cashmere in a velvety sauce that resonates with cinnamon and cardamom. — Charles Ferruzza
