The Toy and Miniature Museum of Kansas City was founded in 1982 by two Kansas Citians - Mary Harris Francis and Barbara Marshall. Located on the campus of the University of Missouri-Kansas City, the museum contains twenty-four rooms filled with antique dolls, doll houses, cast iron toys, trains and scale miniatures.
