More engaging -- and better looking -- than most of his fellow TV weather wonks, Channel 4's broad-shouldered, dimpled Don Harmon shares his offscreen life with girlfriend Monica and their golden retriever, Madison. But unlike Channel 41's Gary Lezak, who trots his canines out for every photo op, Harmon leaves Madison at home. "I prefer talking about my car on the air," says Harmon, who drives a 1979 Buick Electra. It's ancient, but it's his only car. "Monica says I'm tight," he says. We can only imagine. Harmon did get caught in Hurricane Fran in 1998, though unfortunately he was fully clothed. Harmon tells us that "a monsoon doesn't necessarily mean rain, you know. There are dry monsoons, too."
