No, really — that's the theme of the Millennial League's flagship annual event, Val-O-Ween. KC's affiliate of the AIDS Service Foundation encourages guests to wear neon or white to this ticketed 8 p.m. soiree, which includes bottomless cocktails, free HIV screenings and DJ Mike Scott, at the Foundation (1221 Union).
