Nothing signals the start of a good night like a fog machine. That seems to be the premise behind Club Zulus, a modest storefront bar that looks and feels like a Mexican neighborhood dance club. Zulus sits in an unassuming location right of off the dark, windy roads of Highway 56. But what it lacks in real estate pizzazz it makes up for in amusement, not to mention the chance to brush up on your Spanish with the crowd. A screen projecting rap videos in Spanish looks over the spacious dance floor, where you can start your own reggaeton dance party. The bar selection is limited, but a simple cocktail or shot should get the job done, especially once the fog machine gets turned on.
