Owners Joe Beauchamp and Brian Donigan like to boast that this popular restaurant in downtown Lee’s Summit serves “Kansas City’s finest barbecue” — which might be fighting words for some. It’s definitely the finest barbecue in Lee’s Summit, thanks to an extensive menu of tasty appetizers, first-rate steaks (and baked potatoes!), pizza, sandwiches and combo plates. The pork ribs are outstanding here, as are the succulent lamb ribs. And the side dishes are so good, you’ll be tempted to order too many, but leftovers are a good thing.
