Restaurateur Dan Clothier has always liked having creative, high-profile chefs in the kitchen of this Crossroads venue, which isn’t an old restaurant but successfully evokes a 19th-century chop house. These days, Jason Czaja keeps the focus on oysters, grilled meats and hearty, emotionally satisfying fare such as the pan-roasted chicken and the delicious shellfish pot pie.
