Don't confuse this Flo for the popular midtown drag queen -- stylistically, they couldn't be further apart. Here, the low-hanging ceilings and interesting assortment of old-timey regulars, smooth pool players and quasi-gangsta types makes for a strange but fun vibe at this south-of-Waldo hole in the wall. The place is presumably named for the faint gray polka dots that are barely visible on the drab walls, but don't let the dinge deceive -- the people here are friendly, and it's easy to imagine that many of them have been frequenting this dark dive for years. Still, the most notable presence is the jukebox, a rarity that boasts 10 plays for a dollar. It's possible to hear Bob Segar, Outkast, Fleetwood Mac and Pink during any given evening of throwing darts or shooting pool.
