If you want to know what Mexican restaurants were like in the early 1970s, the venerable Patrikio’s is your spot: The place has barely changed over the past three decades. The deécor is caught in a time warp, and so is the menu, loaded with cheese-heavy Tex-Mex favorites such as avocado enchiladas, sour-cream enchiladas, Mexican pizzas and taco burgers.
