The Peach Tree serves traditional Southern-style soul food — and lots of it. The place is open seven days a week (but closes early: 6 p.m. on Sunday, 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday), and there’s a featured special every night, such as pork chops on Tuesdays, spaghetti on Fridays and barbecued ribs on Saturdays. Old standards, however, are always around: Juicy fried chicken, luscious macaroni and cheese, candied yams, and simmering collard greens in a slightly bitter broth perfect for sopping up with a slab of cornbread. A big pan of lattice-crust peach cobbler or a heavenly bread pudding waits at the end of the meal. - Charles Ferruzza

They have two different restaurants - this one is the buffet. If you ever get stranded on an island, and haven't eaten in months and get rescued, this is where you should go. You can just load, load, load, load up.
