Someone Help Kate Spade

It’s always heartening when a down-home, Midwestern girl makes it big out there in the big city. Case in point: Kate Brosnahan, the St. Teresa’s Academy graduate who went to work for Mademoiselle in New York City, married Andy Spade and launched a line of handbags, shoes, stationery and clothing under the charmingly lowercase brand name kate spade.

Spade's signature bags are stiff and have sharp-looking edges. I once saw a woman proudly carrying a white one under her arm. It had a little yellow half-moon at the top. A handbag pit-stain. But Kate doesn’t need my approval - according to Wikipedia, she was projected to have made $200 million in sales in 2005.

I also didn’t know what Spade looked like. My first introduction to our local-gal-made-good was this picture above, taken at the Met Costume Institute Ball on May 7 and posted recently on the Go Fug Yourself fashion blog.

Now that our homegrown Spade can afford to wear de la Renta, surely she can afford to keep a friend or two around who will tell her when she’s about to leave the house looking like a black-and-white candy corn. – Nadia Pflaum

I always read the article on blogs before I leave a short review. If I have absolutely nothing to say about the piece topic, I will never leave any feed-back. And I favor to read somebody elses opinions on that post also. Because I am able to find both useful and interesting ideas from sound comments. I'd have posted Fine blog! Exciting posts! then I might be spamming your blog. I also develop a weblog, first thing I'd personally do daily when i signed on my web page is check out feed-back to my content articles and by hand approve or reject these responses. Keywordluv not merely brings you more commenters. It promotes your position in search engines being youre not merely on a myriad of dofollow blog lists but in addition on a handful of those keywordluv lists. Thanks, Cath
