Hello,

Since you have written about the Sprint Center in the past I was wondering if you would post some info. on how the Sprint Center is being run by a bunch of incompetent people. My issue may not sound like a big deal, but if it is happening to more people than me, good luck to their future. I took my wife, brother and his girlfriend to a concert Saturday afternoon. We arrived over an hour early and still did not get in until 15 minutes after the show started. Upon entering we got to our seats (purchased months ago) and people were sitting in them. I asked guest services to get the people out of my seats. They told me the people we re-routed to my seats (no explanation given). We waited 45 minutes (while the show was going on) for them to try and straigten the issue out. Finally when I started to get loud they rushed to give us other seats (worse location) which I refused and they finally moved the people in my seats. I missed 1/3 of the show that I took my wife to for her birthday and needless to say was pissed the rest of the show. I have tried to contact the General Manager of the Sprint Center twice for an explanation and compensation. No response. I later received an email marked Saturday (after I left home for the show) stated my seats have been moved due to construction (then why were there people in my seats?) The sender of that email from the Sprint Center will not respond. I am hoping someone like yourself may be able to let people know what they are in for down there. Customer service is a joke and they don't seem to care much. I have been to 3 events there since the opening and would consider myself a customer that would be there often. Thank you for your time.
