I give our legal system enough credit that I beleive that if they didnt have enough reason to bring this guy in and try him and keep him they wouldnt. if they held him and didnt have reason to do so, they know that they could lose any chances of convicting him.
All of you need to wait and see what the trail will reveal... have some faith in your legal sysytem. And if not that have some faith in god!

Have they said why he did it? If he new her? And how he killed her? God bless that beautiful angel may she rest in peace. I cant hold back my tears and cant imagine what he put her through... This is so horrible

Such a senseless tragedy and such a waste of a beautiful young life. From everything I have heard, Kelsey was a bright and wonderful girl who would have made a real contribution is she had been allowed to grow up and live her life.
My heart goes out to the Smiths for their inconceivable loss, and my prayers that Kelsey finds peace in Heaven, a peace that she was robbed of here on Earth.
