Some people really know how to take a mug shot. Tom DeLay, for example, really worked the “You know I’m not guilty because I’m SMILING” angle. For the polar opposite, check out homeless guy Jerry Jones’ mug shot after allegedly setting fire to his baby mama’s apartment on 93rd and Bales.
