While perusing YouTube recently (otherwise known as “wasting time”), we learned two new things about the name “Funkhouser.”
One, if you tell someone in the house music scene that KC's mayor is named Mark Funkhouser, they might compliment his turntable skills:
(And isn’t that film quality reminiscent of a 60 Minutes sting where they send a woman into a mechanic’s shop with a camera in her purse?)
Two, Mark Funkhouser the mayor might want to keep a mascara wand handy in case anyone mistakes him for this guy:
