I’ve known Sunshine for awhile, and even though I vowed not to take any pictures of my friends for this space, I couldn’t resist. Sunshine always works a serious look, be it dominatrix-secretary or New-York-party-punk.
She has a new accessory, and it’s permanent: “People have jokes about my nape piercing – like I look like a battery and I need to be charged up.”
Her worst nightmare: “I got caught once wearing the same outfit two times. I try not to.”
Believe it or not, since giving birth to a daughter earlier this year, her style has come down a few notches in intensity. Shoes, for instance, have had to change. “I wear Converse. No heels anymore. I can’t lug my daughter around in six-inch heels. I can still look fly in flats.”
Hell yes, she can.
