I’m no journalist.
That said, when a reporter not well-known for in-depth Royals coverage quotes an anonymous source and both principals in the story deny it, should a local talk radio host devote hours of coverage assuming that it were true?
More to the point, as Sam Mellinger points out, if it were true that Jose Guillen wanted out, this would be the first time Guillen did not shout his wishes and thoughts to the first passing reporter.

Very good Chris... One last one in the form of a riddle:
How does Mrs P. know when Paul's been roughing up the suspect?
His Tony Pena JR. is orange, and there is a bag of empty cheetos next to her copy of Cosmo.
Or one for the ladies to use, or I guess guys if that's how you swing...
"I was excited to get with the guy - he was tall and muscular, with really big feet and hands. But I was really let down when he showed me his Tony Pena Jr."
Yeah that one is solid. I was thinking of something similar like - "I was all ready to get hooked up in my car by the Leawood Milf I met at the Blue Moose, but I pulled a Tony Pena Jr. and we ended up going to Starbucks for coffee instead."
Whenever I use 'Milf' in a post I go anonymous. It's just how I get down.
Mike and Paul:
I believe that given Pena's productivity at the plate, "pulling a Tony Pena, Jr." in bed might necessitate some sort of pharmacological product like Viagra.
Just saying.
I heard (I mean, I have a source who tipped me that) the reason Keitzman hates Guillen so much is that Jose tried to pull a Tony Pena Sr. with Kevin's wife. I don't know if it's true, but that's what I heard. And that's what's important.
