Buy high, sell low? Thats absurd, only a group of ill-informed morons with no understanding of business, a propensity for corruptness, or both would even consider such a matter!

What? Its the KCMO School District at the helm? I suppose my statement of absurdity is thus validated, but it really is too bad.

And whats with semi-implying that a story* in The Pitch caused this decision to sell? Certainly, this is an important local issue and deserved better treatment than it received*, but you cannot actually think that you affected the boards decision. Or, if you do, then you need to provide better information to convince us.

Anyway, get to digging and turn this local matter into something worthy of being in The Pitch. There is lots here, folks.

* Note: you really have to stretch to call it a story, especially by the standards of ThePitch. It was more like a Burnt Ends in that it was a missed opportunity, but on the cover. Most unremarkable is that it merely lists properties with extremely short summaries about each. If you had to select a highlight, the factoids, presumably from an unofficial historian, would probably be it.
