Not only is this as incredibly interesting maneuver, it is pretty bold. Most folks would not have the nutsack to take on MS-13, even if their cause is justified.

My hat is off to Professor Kobach, Mr. Kelly, and Mr. Davis.

They need to be deported and kicked out of this Country !!!

I think, first and foremost, the law should be considered concrete and followed. If that takes place, many problems such as this can be taken care of before they become larger issues.

I can see not reporting people, or even checking their status, when the report a crime or seek healthcare. But when a person has already been arrested for another crime it only makes sense to check and report their status to the feds. They didn't come to the state with clean hands seeking services or help. They got arrested for violating the law which should void any other tacit agreement not to start the deportation process.

Even people IN the outlaw/sanctuary of San Francisco
now want it stopped and agree that clearer heads
from outside the city MUST sue to force a much
needed change !!!
