Jeff Roe's Source blog has been hitting Kay Barnes hard in the final days of her challenge to his client U.S. Rep. Sam Graves. In the last week, The Source has insinuated that Barnes taught "masturbation practice" when she was a sex therapist. But the fifth and final installment of "The Barnes Files" crossed the line when it tried to link Barnes to Wilt Chamberlain's sexcapades.

"Kay Barnes and Wilt Chamberlain went to KU at the same time," The Sources says. "Does anyone else wonder how many Kappa Kappa Alpha parties he went to?"

Barnes was actually a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. And, eww.

"It doesn't dignify a response," says Barnes' spokesman Steve Glorioso. "Talk about a stretch. I think there's 20,000 people at KU, and [Roe] latched onto two of their more famous alumni. It's just regrettable that they make these things up. The Source seems to have no bounds of decency."

Maybe Emily Graves should ask her dad who's not being truthful.

I have to congratulate Kay on getting the safe sex message to Wilt. Think about it, 20,000 liasons and not one illegitimate child.

Maybe she needs to go back to KU and teach the new crops of hoopsters (or the NBA for that matter)?

Kay Barnes would be the only reason Sam Graves would get my vote...

How silly is that? I mean, think about it...if Kay actually polished Wilt's helmet, then why would she make sure her KCP&L legacy was so racist what with the going black and not going back and all?

Besides, it is obvious that Jeff Roe is just following the media trend whereby it is only acceptable to attack female office seekers this year.

Nothing to see heremove along.
